Calburn Health Project – The Physical Training Program

Calburn Health Project is aimed at guiding you to improve the quality of your life with physical training and nutritional guidance. The Physical Training Program under this project is the most optimal program that is a result of Macedonio’s cumulative experiences coaching people based on hard science, human physiology and anatomy. This program is not for those who are looking for quick results but for those who are ready to commit to attaining long-term good health. The definition of “health” by the World Health Organization is “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being is the product of normal blood pressure, normal blood glucose, healthy metabolism, strong bones, strong joints, strong lower back, healthy body fat, stable mind, balanced emotions, etc. In simple terms, a healthy person must be able to carry out daily-life tasks with ease. Through exercise science we have found the optimal solution to everybody’s health concerns.

The general public’s perception of being healthy is ‘being thin’ and this perception doesn’t correlate to health even distantly. The true method of achieving good health was lost with the commercialization of the fitness industry. Exercise equipment, weight loss products, quick transformations, diets, six-pack-ab routines, celebrity endorsements, etc. have taken over the minds of the majority, even the most educated. We felt the need to give people a training program to achieve good health in the correct and the most optimum manner, scientifically addressing health concerns and teaching people the true meaning of good health. Through the Calburn Health Project we will educate you on what’s correct and what’s incorrect from a health stand point.

Through the Calburn Physical Training Program we have so far helped clients who were diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, osteoarthritis, spondylosis, and those who have undergone hip replacements and  knee replacements, survived CVAs (stroke)  and MIs (heart attack), and those with poor nutrition, excess body fat, muscle loss, etc.  Physical Training is The Tool to achieve good health.
